KYIV, Nov 1 – Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) from January 15, 2019 will change its hand baggage rules for all of its flights, reducing the number of things that can be taken on board free of charge, to one coat and one umbrella.

According to a posting on the website of the airline, the new hand baggage allowances apply to the passengers who have purchased their tickets prior to November 1, 2018 for travel effective January 15, 2019.
