KYIV, Oct 11 – Risoil S.A. has said that Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) and the National Police have been blocking the operation of JV Risoil Terminal LLC at the Chornomorsk seaport (Odesa region) since October 5, 2018.

"An attempt is being made to seize property by officers of the Prosecutor General's Office and the police at JV Risoil Terminal LLC. The PGO investigators illegally conduct a second search in one month and seizure of 3,000 tons of grain. The cargo is in safe custody of the terminal. The investigators did not provide a single document allowing them to take the grain," the group said on its Facebook page.
