KYIV, Oct 10 – Consumer prices in Ukraine after a decline by 0.7% in July and stability in August grew by 1.9% in September, and since early 2018 their growth was 5.6%, the State Statistics Service has reported.
In annual terms (September 2018 on September 2017) inflation slightly slowed to 8.9% compared with 9% in August.
The underlying inflation in September 2018 was also 1.9% after 0.1% in August, and in January-September 2018 it reached 5.5%. In annual terms underlying inflation was 8.7%.
