KYIV, Sep 18 – Ukraine's government suggested spending UAH 16.97 billion, or 3.73% more than in 2018, from the state budget on developing weapons and military equipment for the Defense Ministry in 2019.

The parameters of state financing are fixed in the draft of the main financial law of the country for 2019 published on the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's website.
