KYIV, Aug 15 - Only 42% of internally displaced persons in Ukraine are employed, according to a report issued by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
According to the report, as of June 2018, the economically active share of IDPs was 53%, and the economically inactive share was 47%. Some 42% of internally displaced persons were employed, 11% are actively looking for a job and ready to start working within a two-week period., 19% are retirees, 17% are doing housework or are looking after children, 6% are people with disabilities, 3% are students, and 2% are not employed, but are not looking for a job.
