KYIV, July 12 - The Investment Attractiveness Index of Ukraine in the first half of 2018 was 3.1 points out of the 5 possible (where the value of 3 is neutral, and the indicators above three mean positive progress).

This index is 0.07 points more than in the second half of 2017 and 0.05 points less than over the same period last year, according to findings of the European Business Association (EBA) conducted on the basis of a survey of 138 business leaders.
