KYIV, July 4 – Ukraine expects that the World Trade Organization (WTO) would make a decision on a complaint of Ukraine against Russia, which since 2016 has restricted transit of cargo to Kazakhstan and Kirgizstan across its territory, by the end of this year.

"Now the case is in the active stage. The decision could be issued at the end of 2018," the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine reported on Wednesday.
