KYIV, July 3 – Most of Ukrainians see the war with Moscow-backed separatists in Donbas as the country’s biggest problem, followed by low wages and high utility costs, according to a recent opinion poll.

At least 56% of respondents said stopping the war must be priority, while 41% said raising wages and retirement payments must be immediately addressed by the government.
