KYIV, June 8 – Drought in southern, central and eastern regions of Ukraine could result in the loss of near 50% of grain harvest, the press service of the Ukrainian Agrarian Council (UAC) reported.
According to the results of a survey conducted among the UAC members, wheat and barley were most affected due to a critically low amount of precipitation over several months.
