KYIV, May 11 - The Interior Ministry is working on a plan to maintain security during the final matches of the Champions League of the 2017/2018 season, which will be held in Kyiv on May 24 and May 26.
"It is planned to attract about 12,000 law enforcement officers, including 6,000 police officers, 3,000 National Guard servicemen, a thousand border guards and other units, for the time of the final match of the Champions League," the ministry's press service quoted First Deputy Interior Minister Serhiy Yarovy said Friday.
