KYIV, May 8 – Ukraine plans to build 15 modern reinforced concrete ammunition storage facilities this year.
The construction of the facilities was considered on Tuesday as part of the inspection by Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak of the military arsenal in Khmelnytsky region, the ministry said on its website.
"This task is responsible, not easy, but doable. (...) We are building storage facilities that are not only reliably protected against enemy fire, they provide for the installation of modern automatic security, warning and fire extinguishing systems," Poltorak said.
