NEW YORK, April 12 – The U.S. government will probably add more Russian billionaires to financial sanctions list and make Russian assets “uninvestable” if Moscow continues its aggressive policy, a person familiar with the matter said Thursday.

Even assets included in both JP Morgan Bond Index and MSCI Russia Index are being targeted, the person, who helped develop the most recent set of sanctions, said.
