KYIV, April 12 – Ukraine and Moldova agreed to boost trade and investment projects in order to accelerate both countries integration into the European Union, the presidential press service reported Thursday.
President Petro Poroshenko met Moldovan Prime Minister Pavel Filip after signing the law that is aimed at increasing the trade.
"The parties called for the speedy completion of the negotiation process on the signing of an intergovernmental agreement on the functioning of the Dniester integrated hydroelectric complex. Particular attention was paid to certain aspects of the Transdniestrian settlement. The Ukrainian president thanked the Moldovan side for helping improve the health of Ukrainian children from Donbas in Moldova," the report says.
