KYIV, Feb 19 – The Cabinet of Ministers has suggested Parliament to expand a list of sanctions against Russia, banning the use of software and telecom equipment by critical national infrastructure.
According to the government's bill (No. 8042) amending the law on sanctions submitted to the Ukrainian parliament, the Cabinet of Ministers proposes to supplement the list of possible sanctions by "prohibiting or restricting the use of software and telecommunications equipment that originates from a foreign state, for which sanctions are applied, by critical national infrastructure."
