KYIV, Feb 9 – The Antimonopoly Committee will decide soon whether to allow the Interpipe pipe and wheel company to create a joint venture with the leading manufacturer of seamless pipe in Europe Vallourec of France, the committee reported.

The committee will also decide on granting a permit to Vallourec Tubes SAS of Boulogne-Billancourt, France to acquire some assets of the company Interpipe in Cyprus.
