MOSCOW, Dec 12 - Russian Railways (RZhD) has organized intercity passenger train travel on the new Zhuravka-Millerovo rail line bypassing Ukraine, RZD said in a statement.
"With the introduction of the new train timetable for 2017-2018, over 120 passenger and 30 freight trains have begun running on the Zhuravka-Millerovo line each day," RZD said in a statement.
As reported, freight trains began using the new rail segment in September. Test runs on the new line began in August 2017.
