KYIV, Nov 17 - The number of Ukrainians who were skeptical about the reform of the health care system in the country in September 2017 shrank by 9% compared to August, according to the Monitoring of the Perception of Reform Progress in September 2017, which was conducted by Kantar TNS and the National Reform Council.
"The share of those who take a neutral position or are undecided is growing," the report says.
According to Kantar TNS, the number of respondents who are confident that health care reform will bring positive changes grew by 2%, to 14%, whereas the number of respondents holding the opposite opinion shrank to 39% from 42% in August.
