KYIV, Nov 8 - Ukraine will need EUR 46 billion investment to upgrade its Soviet-built housing sector and water supply infrastructure, Hennadiy Zubko, the minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Services said.
Specifically, EUR 30 billion will be needed for the housing, EUR 10 billion for heat supply and EUR 6 billion for water supplies, he said.
The minister added there are resources for modernization in Ukraine, but they are misused.
