KYIV, Oct 13 - Ukraine has ‘almost’ fulfilled key conditions for a new disbursement by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the Extended Fund Facility program, therefore there is every reason to expect the money as early as this year, Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk said.
"I'm very realistic about getting the tranche this year," he said during public debates at Atlantic Council's analytical center in Washington on Friday.
According to him, the major point of such conditions was the pension reform, and the Verkhovna Rada has already passed the relevant law and the president has signed it, although a year ago very few people were aware how this reform would look like.
