KYIV, Oct 13 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman denied speculations that his government has slowed down economic reforms after successfully raising money from selling Eurobonds in September.

Media reports said Ukraine is now less committed to implementing reforms demanded by the International Monetary Fund after securing borrowing from capital markets.
