KYIV, Oct 13 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman backed the decision of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) to bar handling of Russia’s ruble banknotes and coins with images of the annexed Crimea.
"I completely support this decision by the National Bank of Ukraine," Groysman tweeted on Friday evening.
"The Russian Central Bank can use any Russian symbols on rubles but not Ukrainian ones that are under temporary occupation," he added.
