KYIV, Sept 1 - President Petro Poroshenko has ordered the Cabinet of Ministers to take measures to improve the legislation on the procedures governing the stay in Ukraine of foreigners, including citizens of Russia, within a month's time.

The order is stated in the presidential decree enacting the decision made by the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council on July 10, 2017 On Intensifying Control over the Entry into Ukraine, Departure from Ukraine by Foreigners and Stateless Persons and Observance by Them of the Rules Governing Stay on the Territory of Ukraine.
