KYIV, Aug 10 – The automated VAT refund system has allowed cutting a VAT refund debt by UAH 41.4 billion or 60%, and will be able to repay all debts by the end of the year, acting Head of the State Fiscal Service Myroslav Prodan said.

"We hope that by the end of this year the issue of VAT refund debts will be closed," he wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday.
