KIEV, July 18 - Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said an airport in Hostomel near Kiev may eventually become a hub for low-cost airlines, including Europe's biggest such airline Ryanair.
Hostomel Airport is currently serving as a base for Antonov aircraft and Antonov Airlines, carrier for superheavy and large cargo that flies the world’s largest cargo aircraft Mriya AN-225.
This comes as the government and Ryanair resumed talks over flights to Ukraine following a spectacular collapse of talks between Ryanair and Borispil, Ukraine’s largest airport.
