KIEV, July 17 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering the possibility of providing Ukraine with a EUR160 million loan for the extension of the Kharkiv subway.
According to the bank's website, the board of directors plans to consider this project on September 20 this year.
The EBRD noted the European Investment Bank (EIB) also plans to co-finance the same volume in the form of a sovereign loan, while the total volume of the project is about EUR320 million.
