KIEV, July 12 – Two tenders to introduce 4G networks in the 2,600 MHz and 1,800 MHz ranges could be held in November 2017 and February 2018 respectively, Kyivstar President Petro Chernyshov said.

"I think that the first 4G tender for the 2,600 MHz range will be held in November 2017, and for 1,800 MHz in February 2018," he told reporters on the sidelines of the Digital Ukraine Forum on Tuesday.
