KIEV, July 10 – Europe’s largest low-cost airline Ryanair said Monday it canceled plans to start flying to Ukraine in a major setback for the government, which had been seeking to attract investments and tourists to the country.

The move comes after Ukraine’s main airport near Kiev, Boryspil, has failed to honor a previous agreement that had been agreed by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation.
