KIEV, May 22 – Ukraine’s economy would grow 10% annually to reach $800 billion in 2030 if the government sticks to an economic plan drafted by five leading Ukrainian universities.

The plan, known as the Sustainable Development Doctrine, seeks to turn around the situation that bears signs of a “failed state” with only a 3% chance of achieving sustainable growth by 2030, the researches said.
