KIEV, May 22 – Ukraine’s retail sales rose by 5.8% in January-April compared with the same period in 2016, the State Statistics Service reported Monday.
The figure excludes statistics from Russia occupied territory of Crimea and Sevastopol and part of the anti-terrorist operation zone in Donetsk and Luhansk.
Retail sales in April dropped by 1.7% from March, but were up 6.1% compared with April 2016, the service reported.
