KIEV, May 17 – Money supply in April grew by 1.3%, to UAH 1.089 trillion and monetary base expanded by 3.2%, to UAH 368.357 billion, the National Bank of Ukraine reported.

The central bank said that the increase in off-bank cash by 3%, to UAH 299.41 billion and growth of deposits in the national currency by 1.9%, to UAH 438.119 billion contributed into growth of money supply.
