KIEV, April 19 – The Kiev Court of arrest has partially granted a complaint against the ruling of the capital's Solomiansky district court to arrest the property of Roman Nasirov, who has been suspended from the post of the head of the State Fiscal Service.
According to the ruling by the Appellate Court, Nasirov will be returned the following documents – a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, two passports for traveling abroad, a diplomatic passport and other documents. Gold bars, several expensive watches, cash, a stamp with the inscription "GFS" will remain under arrest, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
