KIEV, March 20 - The updated text of the memorandum with the International Monetary Fund contains the main parameters of the pension reform planned in Ukraine, Ukrainian Minister of Social Policy Andriy Reva has told Interfax-Ukraine.

"When we were preparing the memorandum for signing, the main parameters [of the pension reform] were coordinated with the fund, with the Ministry of Finance, therefore the basic provisions have been agreed upon. They are contained in the memorandum," he said in Kiev.
