KIEV, March 20 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will open its fourth representative office in Odessa in May, completing the formation of its representative offices in Ukraine, EBRD Director for Ukraine Sevki Acuner said.

For the EBRD this is the key and necessary factor for ensuring regional development and business development in the regions, he said at the fifth meeting of the Regional Development Council in Kiev.
