KIEV, March 13 - The draft memorandum between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund provides for raising the retirement age, introducing the land market, removing guarantees for deposits in state-owned banks and reducing the number of employees in the public sector, according to head of the Batkivschyna parliamentary faction Yulia Tymoshenko.
Tymoshenko stated she supports a change of the government.
"No one can find a draft memorandum with the IMF. Here I have it in my hands ... Taxation of pensions from zero, increasing the retirement age, the sale of agricultural land, removing guarantees from deposits in state banks, a huge reduction of the medical network, the layoff of people working in the budgetary sphere," Tymoshenko said at a meeting of the conciliatory council of the leaders of factions, groups and committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in Kiev.
