MOSCOW, March 10 - Supplies of Russian diesel to Ukraine by pipeline have already been halted this month because the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) is not processing the necessary documents, sources in the sector told Interfax.
Meanwhile, the Russian Energy Ministry's press office said that "Russia does not have intergovernmental agreements to supply oil products in Hungary and to Ukraine. Diesel supplies in those directions are carried out by business entities on the basis of their economic feasibility. Talking about Russia cutting supplies is not correct."
