KIEV, Nov. 29 – Wage arrears in Ukraine in October decreased by 0.8% (by UAH 16.5 million), but since the beginning of the year increased by 4.3% and by November 1 am ounted to UAH 1.962 billion, the State Statistics Service said.

According to the service, wage arrears at economically active enterprises in October decreased by 1.3% or by UAH 17.1 million and as of November 1 am ounted to UAH 1.291 billion.

More than half of the debt was formed in Luhansk (23.5%), Donetsk (17.5%) and Kharkiv regions (10.4%).
