KIEV, Oct. 20 – Ukraine's Pivdenne (Yuzhnoye) Design Bureau said it is stepping up the international military and technical cooperation and together with a foreign partner in developing a new short-range anti-aircraft artillery complex for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The new weapons are intended to replace Soviet anti-aircraft systems such as ZSU-23-4 Shilka self-propelled radar guided anti-aircraft system and 2K22 Tunguska tracked self-propelled anti-aircraft system, the Military Informant agency has reported.
