KIEV, Aug. 16 – State-run Oschadbank (Kiev) seeks to challenge the court decision that revoked its right to use the Sberbank brand on the territory of Ukraine, the bank said in a press release.

Oschadbank recalled that on January 15, 2016 the bank filed a claim to Kiev's business court against Sberbank asking to ban the use of the trademark for goods and services under the certificate registered earlier by Oschadbank to use the name Sberbank.
