KIEV, June 22 - Interpipe Pipe and Wheel Company (Dnipro) has again complained about an acute shortage of scrap ferrous metal in Ukraine. Its shortage in May 2016 reached 74,000 tons of 20% of the need (375,000 tons).

The company said in a press release, referring to data from Metallurgprom Association (Dnipro), said that 301,000 tons of scrap ferrous metal was shipped to the Ukrainian market.

Scrap exports grew by 27% in May, to 113,000 tons.
