KIEV, May 18 – Naftogaz Ukrainy after making internal inquiries says it has not revealed violation of internal regulations of the holding or any conflicts of interest involving employees who were associated with offshore companies.

The state-owned company said that Deputy Chairman Serhiy Konovets is a minority co-owner of Kvassir Global Inc. registered in British Virgin Islands in 2009 when he lived and officially worked outside Ukraine. The operations of the companies incorporated in the group are linked to production of pet litters.
