KIEV, May 4 – The Austrian lawyer of Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash, Dieter Bohmdorfer, said that German and Austrian authorities do not have accusations against his client, and the raid in Firtash's house in Vienna was performed as part of a case where Firtash is a witness, not a suspect.
He said that the only case being heard is the claim of the United States. The Austrian court issued a verdict that the case is politically motivated and now the counterclaim is being heard, the press service of Firtash told Interfax-Ukraine on Saturday.
