KIEV, April 28 - The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has called on France to not change its official position on sanctions against Russia.

"We expect Paris to officially confirm its position that the sanctions can be lifted from Russia only after it stops its aggression against Ukraine and vacates the occupied territories," the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's Political Director Oleksiy Makeyev told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday in commenting on the French National Assembly's resolution calling on the government to lift the sanctions from Russia.
