KIEV, Dec. 22 - Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Bank Finance and Credit's long-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings to C from Ca.

Moody's said that the bank's baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA to c from ca and its National Scale deposit Rating to C.ua from Ca.ua. The rating agency also affirmed the bank's Not-Prime short-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings.
