KIEV, July 24 – The Presidential Administration and the State Fiscal Service are preparing draft laws to relax the administration of taxes and duties and they will be submitted to Parliament this autumn, head of Presidential Administration Borys Lozhkin said.

"The tax reform is the thing that could be approved by the parliament by October 1 if we focus on this. This required neither money nor other resources. I think that all factions of the coalition should be interested in this," Lozhkin said at a meeting of the National Reforms Council held late on Thursday.
