KIEV, July 23 – Odessa Karavai, part of Lauffer Group, is in litigation with Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia (Kiev) on the return of a credit of UAH 105.834 million for Crimean factories.
According to the company, in 2010 credit agreements to buy assets in Crimea were signed between the companies.
Odessa Karavai transferred all its production facilities as collateral to the bank to secure the credits. The production facilities of public joint-stock company Krymkhlib, Bilhorod-Dnistrovska Palianytsia LLC and Kotovsky Bakery LLC were used as collateral as well.
