KIEV, May 18 – The Ad-hoc Committee of Noteholders to Ukraine, which unites the holders of Ukrainian bonds worth $8.9 billion, insists on talks on the restructuring of Ukrainian sovereigns in line with the proposal sent to Ukraine's Finance Ministry.
"The Committee submitted the outline of a proposed consensual restructuring last month, followed by a detailed proposal on May 9. The Committee sees no reason why substantive discussions on this important issue should not commence immediately," reads a statement issued by the Ad-hoc Committee of Noteholders to Ukraine.
