KIEV, March 25 – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed into law the amendments to the Ukrainian law on joint stock companies, the presidential press service said.

"The document adjusts articles 30, 38, 41 and 55 to reduce the quorum for all types of joint stock companies, including those in which the government has a participatory interest in authorized capital and in which the government owns 50% of ordinary shares or more," says the report posted on the website.
