KIEV, March 11 – A number of TV providers in Luhansk and Donetsk regions are continuing to broadcast banned Russian TV channels

The providers have said that this is due to technical difficulties and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is now investigating, the Department for Information Policy and Press of the Donetsk Regional Civil-Military Administration reported on Tuesday.

"Strange technical difficulties with allegedly accidental broadcasts of Russian TV channels banned in Ukraine happen to cable provides in Donetsk and Luhansk regions with alarming frequency," the press officer of the joint anti-terrorist operation (ATO) headquarters, Maria Rymar, said at the Donetsk Regional Administration information center on Tuesday.
