KIEV, Feb. 23 – The state could sign a mutually beneficial deal with the Privat group on the creation of a large vertically integrated oil complex on the basis of the largest oil extracting company Ukrnafta and oil refining company Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk Oil Refinery), Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said.

"I believe in the signing of the mutually beneficial deals. In the future the state will form a large group with Privat," the minister said in an interview with Focus published.
