KIEV, Dec. 16 – The foreign affairs ministers of the Visegrad Group have announced the establishment of a special fund of assistance to Ukraine, which among other things will provide 410 scholarships for Ukrainian students to study in the four countries belonging to the Visegrad group, the Ukrainianparliament press service reported.
During a meeting with Parliament Deputy Speaker Oksana Syroid, the ministers noted the need for serious reform in the country, in particular, the formation of independent media, constitutional reform, judicial reform, and reformation of local self-government. They stated that the reforms should be clear-cut and transparent.
